Secretary is always helpful

Rude receptionist. I called, and as soon as she heard my voice she hunged up. It sounded like those type of phones where you can hear the person physically hanging it up. This was around 10:15am Oct. 24th 2023. When I called right back, she picked up and I ask if she can hear me...her response was "this is a law office, what would you like?". It's not what she said, it was the tone of voice. A voice of irritation, or somewhere along those lines. I'm not exaggerating. Take it how you'd like, but this was my experience. I'm not interested in trusting or doing business with this company if this is what I have to deal with on my first attempt in contacting them.

I hired Jeff Wood approximately 10 years ago for a traffic citation and then had a clean record before recently falling into another small town speed trap. In both cases, Jeff attained a favorable outcome for me. I definitely recommend that you contact them to see if they can assist with your legal needs.
