Contacted attorney Megan Douglas in June, 2024 and was told we have a whistleblower case for wrongful termination. She stated she needed 1 month and she would get to work for us. At the time, we sent her all the information she requested. After endless text messages and voice mails, she set an appointment for October 25, 2024, about 4 months after the original contact. At the meeting she said our case could take up to two years and lots of money. If she told us this 4 months earlier, we would have gone elsewhere. We collected our file. She is the reason lawyers have such a bad reputation.

Spoke with attorney and every point that I brought up was shut down. He says the longer you wait the more damages you can claim. So I have to get kicked out of my apartment, lose my car to show more damage to make it fiscally cost effective. He didn’t even listen to my whole story. Unless you’ve got a slam dunk case. I would definitely call someone else.
