I asked three separate times during my consultation if the legality of my case would be explained to me whether or not my case was accepted, the lawyer said yes all three times. Lo and behold once she declined the case all of a sudden, she's sorry if there's confusion but they can't do that. Really disappointed that a veteran lawyer lied to me as I was clear this was a deal breaker for me doing the consultation, concerning they were so eager to lie about such a small thing. If only she had told me what she said in her email over the phone when I asked her three times and she responded yes, I will make sure you understand everything and even call you if needed...
