I am overwhelmed by the continuous effort and hard work that this firm has done for me on my behalf. It has been a long journey and some frustrations but Mr. Rattray always assured us that things would be handled and he kept us abrest on everything. He is very professional and also sensitive to our needs. My wife and I absolutely love Mr. Rattray because he really took time with us and it was genuine.
