I'm one of the few that did not have a good experience. Felt like taking advantage of because I don't understand the process.

Jeff is an incredibly compassionate and professional individual who made one of the hardest decisions of my life 1000% easier. He has an amazing support staff who never failed to field my 1001 questions. I would sincerely recommend Badgley Law Group to anyone navigating financial difficulties or who would like to know what options are available to them.

Started in the beginning working with another office and I really didn’t feel represented, and it was always very rushed when I spoke to them from the moment I started working with Mr. Badgley. I felt like I was being listened to. All of my questions were being answered. He has a smaller office, so it is a little more personal anytime. I had a question they would answer. These people are the real deal. I would recommend them to anyone I didn’t feel like I was being judged or looked at Mr. Badgley is the real deal and I truly appreciate him and his team during this tumultuous time in my life. Cynthia and I can’t remember the front receptionist name, but they are all great very knowledgeable and very helpful. 10 stars.

I feel this attorney deserves no stars. My experience with this attorney was not very pleasant. I called his office seeking an attorney and was told by the attorney that he wanted nothing to do with a case that I needed help due to discrimination and/or racism. It seemed that my case was too complicated and there would been some work involved and it meant him going up against a well known chapter 13 trustee which I guess he had history with or maybe it was because I explained I was in an interracial marriage. I wrote this review because I want the public to know how lawyers treat potential clients etc. I feel this attorney demonstrated a bias/prejudice view which was unprofessional and ridiculous to say the least.

Jeff and his team have been wonderful to work with! They've always had great communication, timely availabilty, and put me at ease every step of the way during our consultation to our case. I couldn't have asked for a better team.

They make me an appointment for the same day to make me run out of work and go there and just when I am arriving they tell me that the lawyer is not there and that they need to reschedule. Very unprofessional and not recommended.

Cynthia Santiago the office Manager/Paralegal is extremely unprofessional. She needs to learn how to communicate respectfully over the phone and avoid raising her voice. Canceling an appointment over what appeared to be a dropped call is completely unacceptable. If this is how the practice handles clients from the start, I have no interest in doing business with this firm. First impressions matter—and this one was very disappointing.

After 10 months Mr.Badgley dropped my case.saying not enough money for him to continue my case. After 6 years I still am having disability & pain in my right hand & arm. This case is a personal injury case by a surgeon. Guess he doesn't know enough or care enough for his client to continue. He & his side-kick are not professional,

One heck of an amazing lawyer who is not only friendly, but a fierce fighter for your needs and your rights! Highly recommend!

I contacted them twice for a consultation, first in the middle of the week to request an appointment by the end of the week, and again on the day I had requested the consultation. They never bothered to call back to inform me whether they were unable or unwilling to take the consultation. As a result, the legal matter I had scheduled didn’t go well. How gauche!

We had used this firm and they were excellent. They answered all our questions, were so informative and reassuring. Speak to these professionals before you make any decisions. They will give you the best advice and steer you in the right direction.

Jeff and his staff helped me with my chapter 7 bankruptcy case. I initially attempted to do the process on my own and failed at it. After looking into getting legal counsel I came across the Badgley Law Firm. The reviews were great and very informative. Upon my first consultation via phone I was offered an in person interview with Jeff which was a nice change because other firms wanted to do virtual meetings. I met with Jeff and he explained how things worked and reviewed my case. He was upfront with the process and cost and then said he would be able to assist me with my case. The first 341 creditors meeting had to be rescheduled and the second one was successful. I was able to be in the office for the meeting with Jeff right there in case I didn’t understand what the trustee was asking me. That helped me so much because I tend to get confused when doing the virtual meetings. Gisel was great as she kept me informed about my case and gathered all the paperwork needed to proceed with my case. I’m forever grateful for Jeff Badgley and his team for assisting me. A huge stress relief for me and my family.
