Bailey & Associates have represented me since 2015 when I became disable due to an work related injury.. He has also represented me in 2023 accident when an amazon driver hit me 10 days after total knee replacement operation. The driver following the orders of his supervisor and company policy, refused to move the truck and let paramedics treat me… Mr Bailey is an attorney who not only advocates for his clients, but is willing to go to back for them and fight big companies/and their insurance companies as well. My family was assigned Attorney Bailey as the Administrator of my father’s Estate. A lawsuit was entered against a Corporation regarding my Father’s Estate by a private Attorney. First of all, it took Attorney years to contact my family regarding the Settlements of the Lawsuit, for which we had no idea a lawsuit was initiated by one of my Siblings. Once we proceeded with disbursements, a large amount of money was place in the Estate’s account. After numerous request regarding information on the assets, Attorney Bailey stalled for over a year and to this day. News flash, Attorney Bailey has attempted to resign and turn the Estate matter over to another Attorney, on his own. Up until this day, the matter is still in limbo!! Hoping my family would be treated with respect by our Black Attorney, I would never recommend his services to anyone. I have referred 4 important cases to another Attorney I have used in the past. Attorney Bailey could have been representing these cases to this day. I am now attempting a formal complaint regarding this matter. Shame Shame Shame

Go somewhere else. A friend recommended this firm and I have never been so disappointed. The accident I was involved in 2018 is still catching me issues to date. I should have gotten more than what was settled on. He transferred my case to another firm and I wholeheartedly believe neither put forth above effort for the best result. I was excited to support this black owned law firm, but I came up sorry in the end and still suffering to date
