Hiring him can make the biggest difference in your court case, even when you think it's impossible. Russ is a really good guy and even fun to be around when you're going through a tough court case. He is very upfront, and you can tell that he really cares about his clients. I have had a few good lawyers, but none compare to Russ. He is the best in the state, without a doubt.

Rachel Yavelak…where do I even start…you were the start of my mistakes of attorneys (what can a stay at home Mom do when each consultation is $175-$300 an attorney and your husband has the purse strings, but you spend your military disability, less than $300, very grateful for it but not a whole lot, on trying to find the right lawyer, but also…I’m feeling that there is a gambit going on between all lawyers in Scott County and Lafayette County). You paved the way for each lawyer to have to climb a mountain because of your weak defense. I say weak because I remember standing in your office and you were more interested in a personal vendetta with Brandi Simon instead of listening and showing you proof. This was after forking over $3500 on my Discover that my ex opened without my permission. All info given to you including the sofa and “Christmas present” that were purchased on a STAY AT HOME MOMS “credit cards” my ex opened in my name, by my ex. You failed this woman veteran and you failed yourself. You are a joke and so is the whole Scott County Family Court System.
