Got injured few years ago on the job and Ballenger & Roche not only had my back from literal day 1 thru the end they kept me informed of everything that was going on at the time, fought for me to get surgery and all medical treatment. They worked literally day and night more times than not to make sure everything was handled taking a massive weight off of me, they even went so far as to prep me for court as I’d never even been to court and I was nervous. I had the good fortune of connecting with John Roche after I was taken advantage of by an unscrupulous out-of-state car dealership. Tangling with the dealership in MD all the way from CA was a nightmare and I was in over my head. Once John stepped in, everything was easy. He took care of literally everything, was honest, fair and transparent on all details of the process. He was communicative and thorough. His fees are fair and he won me a great settlement. Highly recommend.

REPLY to reply: No, I had spoken to John Roche about my case for about half an hour and as I stated he offered to represent me if I so chose so. When I called back to hire him the following happened: I guess they are going in a different (more profitable) direction and can't just be straight about not wanting to work with me. I had an initial consult back in May about a custody case, last month called back to move forward with hiring John Roche as my lawyer and have never heard back from him. Whomever answers finally told me they don't want to do family law anymore and said he'd pass my info along to a good lawyer who might help. NO ONE called. I called back one more time and he says he held this lawyer and that's why she didn't call and that she'll surely call me back because he'll remind her, still no phone call. EXTREMELY unprofessional of them.
