Samantha Sandoval was absolutely AMAZING to say the least. She was quick to respond when I needed to call, text or email, patient with all of my questions, showed empathy and sympathy during this process. In a case where I had zero hope Samantha made sure to cross every t and dot ever i while making me feel warm and cared for. I highly recommend asking for her and Louie Sanchez to assist. Louie grabbed my attention by not being pushy and understanding of me wanting to continue shopping for the right firm. That alone had me sold. He was also patient and kind. 10/10 team. I had a great experience with Bana Law handling my car accident. Josie and Janet were incredibly helpful—scheduling my medical appointments and arranging Uber rides so I could get to them easily. The other party was out of state, driving a rental, and not properly insured; the insurance info I was given was wrong and the accident was never reported. Josie and Janet tracked down the correct insurer and proved I was not at fault, and my lawyer Leeor consistently followed up with me and made sure I was supported throughout the case.
