My family went to visit to this office on Monday, November 3rd 2025 and upon visiting this location, they were met with RUDE receptionists who did NOT want to help them at all. Whoever the receptionist was, she had a very sour attitude. My family wanted to inquire regarding a commercial property. Unexpected and Unbecoming attitude from such a law group with such a name. HOWEVER, the one star I added is because ONE GENTLEMAN, by the name of Austin, took the time and actually helped my family. But that women still had to chime in an ruin the time he was helping my family. Thank you, Austin! You are a true gentleman.

Met with Mr. Band, and Mr. Dramis, for a balloon maturity resolution, as the mortgagee. The issue is now resolved within 37 days. Thank you!
