Mr Sarten, I have attempted to call you and or text you on seven (7) occasions since the posting of this review. Our office has never represented you and in fact you contacted our office on February 26 at 1:21 PM. Your call was then immediately returned by our office on that same day and a message was left for you relative to the same. We maintain meticulous records in my office and I can provide you down to the minute when these interactions occurred. <br><br>We have not, nor would we ever contact a healthcare provider and/or a potential defendant to advise them that you were contemplating bringing a case as you seem to intimate in your review. <br><br>I take great exception to your review and whilst I can understand someone who is unsophisticated misunderstanding a callback, I will not tolerate the maligning of the reputation of my office by your inaccurate review. Thus, why I had reached out numerous times and tried to straighten the same out with you both via phone calls from my office, my personal mobile phone as well as text from my mobile phone. I ordinarily make a practice of not getting in a battle of wits with unarmed individuals, but in your case, I will make an exception. You contacted our office, we immediately responded and asked in that response for more information. We have not, would not, and have never contacted the party against whom you were getting ready to bring a healthcare liability action.<br><br>When you left your nonsensical initial review, I contacted you because it made no sense and it was asinine concerning what actions you allege concerning my office. <br><br>I have no intention of allowing the musings and paranoia of someone to stain my firms reputation and will always fight to preserve the same. <br><br>Once again, good luck with life ias it’s gonna be awful tough on you with your paranoia and delusions.<br><br>T.
