I was unfortunate enough to get Bansley as a special public defender. Seemed good at first. Then he tells me to take a deal, because I'll loose trail. Doing my research I found I could have not taken the stand. And the prosecutor would not be able use those old cases in court. Fire him if he's doing free work. Don't hire him other wise. Why fight for the little guy right.

I've know Walt since our days in the Marine Corps. He is one hell of a trial lawyer. Definitely not afraid to take on a cause, and tenacious in the court room. Highly recommend.
