They are a bit rude, the lady Kim can seem very unpleasant on the phone. They don't seem to really care about anyone. Very unprofessional.

The receptionist is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Extremely Rude and Condescending. I have no clue how these people sleep at night knowing they do anything in their power to make struggling citizens feel horrible and less than human.

If I could give this place a ZERO, I would!!! DO NOT USE THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE! I had some very hard times and got behind on an account that I needed to pay. I've worked everyday of my life and it wasn't my fault that my husband became ill and left me in a financial bind. This office called me and told me I needed to pay my account. I agreed (although I am always leary of such) to have my payments auto drafted on my PAY DAYS... The secretary and I spoke over the phone and I told her specifically that my pay days were on the last day of the month and 15th day of the month. When a parent is a single parent, every single day, hour, and second counts until your next paycheck comes through. I woke up today, on the 12th, and noticed my payment of $100 cleared my bank last night (when it changed to the 12th) and the agreed upon days were the 15th and the 30th. I called and was very nice and asked them immediately cancel that payment because I needed that money to buy groceries for my child until my paycheck hit my bank on the 15th. The lady said there was nothing I could do, etc.. blah blah blah and my account was due in full anyways.. and it they were nice to let me have an arrangement. Hold up. (this is where I snapped). I said, "You are telling me that YOU ALL messed up and your "system glitched" and processed my payment three days early and now you are saying I owed it in full and making arrangements for payments was a courtesy? I told her THEY went against their word and took money early from me. You can't do that from a single mom. I don't care who you are. I told her I was going to dispute it with Paypal (who I make my payments from because they are lightning fast in getting your money back if someone wrongfully took from you. She said, "yeah well if you dispute, you will then owe your balance in full. and we know what school you teach at." I told her I would let a judge handle this and hear my case about this law office. I hung up then. About 10 minutes later, the secretary called me back and said she was sorry about what happened. She said she knows how hard it is to struggle, etc.. and I said, "well I appreciate that, but this is wrong of you to say the things that you did against me all due to a system error on your part. I have made three payments already, but you all have to stick to the agreed upon dates." I am currently working with Paypal to see if I can dispute my money and get it back ASAP. People just don't understand. Three days is a HUGE deal when you are a single mother struggling to take care of your child. These people are SHADY. Stay away. I told her to delete my card out of there NOW and I will call and make my own payments to her, after I speak to a judge. ***mic drop***

Nothing but a SNAKE just like the agency who secured him !! Rude , condescending, and cares nothing about right from wrong. Uses deceptive measures to handle business , helping to rob people who have been wronged and taking his cut too...smh ...
