Ms. Blanchard,<br><br>I am very sorry that you feel that I did not properly handle your legal matter or adequately respond to you. You are quite possibly the first person in my 33 years of practice who has provided this particular criticism as I have always made it a point to return all calls. However, I cannot argue with how you feel. My recollection is that I was never hired as your attorney. Rather, I referred you to a lawyer who handled the type of case that you had because of a personal conflict that caused me to be unable to represent you. I do not recall ever hearing back from you after I made that referral. Nevertheless, I sincerely apologize for the experience.<br><br>David Baria
