They sent a threatening packet of "court docs" pretending that they were real, "served" documents and that we're commanded to send them some odd paperwork by a certain time or face nothing really...all to my mother trying to scare her into utilizing their services and until she called me, she was scared she was being sued. Do not contact us again or I will be contacting my real lawyers. ***For the Ohio public, real court documents will only be served via a special service or USPS certified mail that would require a signature.

Trying to claim that we owned a business and that we owe 100k. They admitted they got it wrong yet refuse to correct the erroneous and false information. Luckily I have every phone call recorded. Prepare for the lawsuit. You people are terrible. It'll actually be fun making you pay for your attempts to ruin people.

I find it disheartening that at the beginning of the covid pandemic I was contacted by their office demanding I set up a payment plan for a past due account. I had been making small payments to the account. Grateful to have it paid off.
