My husband and sister in-law hired this firm. This was a medical malpractice suit. It should have been a very simple slam dunk lawsuit. At least this is what they told us at the beginning! My husband paid them 3 thousand dollars whenever they said they needed more money. At the beginning it was supposed to be the attorney gets a third, if they win our case. All of a sudden we’re getting close to the trial our attorney calls and says he wants to put a lien on our house for collateral. I told my husband that doesn’t sound right. My husband trusted them! When we finally got to trial our lawyer treated my husband terrible! My husband called me and said I don’t know what’s going on but my attorney has turned on me he is treating me horrible. They made a deal, if we lose we get $75,000. If we win we get $500,000 well we lost a slam dunk case! We had a picture of the screw going right through the main artery of my mother-in-law! My husband got a check for $75,000. We thought our attorney was getting a third of the check! Wrong! The law firm had a lean on our house and my sister in-law’s house! He said if you want the lean taken off of your homes, you have to sign the whole $75,000 over to me now! My husband and sister in-law were in disbelief but there was nothing they could do! This law firm won $75,000 for themselves we got nothing! My husband‘s mother died from a doctor putting a screw in her main artery. We have a picture of it! This law firm was paid $75,000 for all my husband and his sister’s pain and suffering. This should be a crime! We suffered for 6 years full of broken promises! This law firm even got paid whenever he told us he needed money he got it! My husband and sister-in-law got nothing that rotten rude man took it all! It was no secret. My husband told me in the middle of the trial we’re going to lose! My Attorney has a horrible attitude he’s treating me like I’m the bad guy. If you’re thinking about hiring this law firm run and don’t look back!

We hired an attorney from this firm to help us with my mother's estate. In conjunction with having to deal with my mom being killed suddenly in a car accident, our experience with this firm has been an absolute nightmare. While administering of the estate is being handled, we have been treated poorly. We have been spoken down to, yelled at and treated like children instead of the middle aged people that we are. We feel as though the attorney we hired is working against us instead of for us and things got so bad that we had to hire another attorney just deal with him because we had a complete breakdown in communication and could no longer tolerate the treatment we were getting. The estate is nearly finished being administered and yet we were denied a partial distribution from my mothers estate. Our life is in a state of limbo and the stress is unbearable at this point. At some point this stopped being strictly professional and became personal on the part of the attorney and we have our suspicions as to why, but I'll refrain from going into detail because it isn't something that we can actually prove. Based on our experience, I can not recommend this firm.

I spent over ten thousand dollars of my own money mostly finding and hiring experts to review my case against Toledo Clinic who thru three mammograms and an ultrasound missed detecting an over five and a half inch cancerous tumor. I've run out of money to fight this and out of time. When u r told the lawyer will take the case you have to pay thousands just to get names of experts to review medical records then pay thousands to the experts for time spent studying them then taking to the lawyer on the phone. Then the court filings etc. All this took over a year and half finally with an outcome that was said it wouldn't have changed my treatment. What????? Very disappointed on how my case was handled. When talking to other law firms they pay for the experts not the clients.
