I hope to never need another defense attorney in Knoxville again, but if I find myself in a situation there is only one phone call I will make. Andrew O'Donnell crushed my case and I was facing 8-12 years for a non-violent gun charge. From the very beginning phone call he was honest, strong, knowledgeable and showed compassion for a very hard time my family was experiencing. The other law firms I contacted only wanted to talk about money and how bad my case looked. There was constant communication during my 10 month case. Even while I was in custody for 6 months, he stayed in contact with my family to ensure nothing was being overlooked and visited me 3-4 times while in another county. With tough negotiations and a fight about the details of my case, Andrew was able to secure a Misdemeanor plea down from a Class B felony charge. Let's talk about how my sister had a lawyer that tried to fight and get her 2yrs, This man took over and got her a few days. That alone says alot.
