Baron & Herskowitz

Dishonest, stay far away. This is coming from someone who was referred to by family as I had a family member go to same college as this guy. Did not do anything with my case for over 3 weeks. (Did not mind or say anything as I was trying to trust them) My doctor reached out to me to see why my insurance company did not pay the full bill. I reached out to my auto insurance and they told me that my attorney had to reach out to them so I did just that! Jon then said he doesn’t deal with PIP (since he only gets payed off bodily injury) . Then I asked him why he would send them a letter saying he’s representing me then not even talk to them. He then proceeds to tell him that he no longer wants to be my attorney. I asked him what to do and he said to get a new one. Then he told me to send him an email that I was discharging him, which is extremely DISHONEST. I followed up sending an email confirming his withdrawal to which he denied! These guys are dishonest and terrible. Cannot even believe my family referred me to this firm.
