This was one of the most disappointing experiences of my life. I felt completely abandoned by the person named Nova Levante who was supposed to support and advocate for me. Communication was bad, deadlines felt ignored, and I was left in the dark far too often. I constantly had to chase answers while my anxiety grew. Instead of feeling protected or guided, I felt dismissed and unheard. Hiring this lawyer added more emotional strain to an already heartbreaking situation. I deeply regret choosing her and would strongly caution others to look elsewhere.
