It involved whistleblower retaliation, wrongful termination, and Medi-Cal fraud at a psychiatric facility. I provided them with documentation, emails, HR records—everything they asked for. Their paralegal even followed up to confirm my interest and requested additional materials. I complied every time. Then, after weeks of silence, they finally declined to represent me in June. Not because the case lacked merit—but because of “workload.” By then, months had passed and my statutory deadlines were dangerously close. Let’s be honest: this isn’t about bandwidth. It’s about fear. No one wants to touch a case that exposes institutional fraud tied to state funds. So instead of being transparent from the jump, they slow-walked it and left me hanging.
