They don't deserve any stars. I called to ask for information and the ones who answered were very reluctant. If they don't want to work, they shouldn't even bother replying.

I have to say that it's taking me a long time to do this but I'm not giving this a five-star review because I know someone who works here or it's somehow convenient for me. I give this law firm a five-star review for a reason. First of all they were the only ones to not charge me for a phone call. I am not in McAllen and in order for me to find a probate lawyer I opened Google and went down the list. Everyone else was charging between 75 and $300. Second of all they were the only ones patient enough to hear me out in the first place. I spoke with Melissa Kalifa, ( my sincerest apologies if I didn't spell that correctly) who was kind enough to answer all of my questions. Believe me they were a lot considering the situation. I recommend them based on customer service and empathy alone. Melissa not only showed patients but was sympathetic to the situation at hand.

Incredibly professional and friendly and so is the staff there. Alice is always very responsive whenever I have any questions and I plan to continue using them.

This law firm is by far the best that I have ever delt with. Mr. Barrera, and Melissa K. Provided top notch service through out a family case I had. Mr. Barrera's knowledge of the law, had me literally embarrassed for the other party through a bench trial. I highly recommend this law firm. They provide services other than family cases as well.

I contacted Barrera Sanchez & Associates by email for a free consultation. Marcus Barrera responded with a reply that was one sentence and a question. I guess that was my "free consultation". He said they could represent me and gave me a quote with just a retainer amount plus court fees. When I responded asking what his hourly rate was less than 12 hours later, he lied and said his docket was full and he could not represent me. Steer clear of this firm!

If i could give your office a 0 star review i would! apparently this law firm does not know our civil right, very disappointed horrible !!

It's a scam, then they say the lawyer no longer works there to hide their heads like an ostrich and avoid responsibility. This is an unprofessional business. They just want you to fill their stomachs and kill their hunger. 😁 Don't go.

I’ve heard positive reviews for this firm for legal services. However, I had the displeasure of speaking with a Melissa. The attitude I experienced from her was unbelievable. I’ve never dealt with anyone so unprofessional. Maybe if I had spoken with someone else I would have a different review to add. But her professionalism unfortunately needs to be addressed.
