Barrett Legal is good people. They treat you as an individual and not just another ticket stub. They work with you. Kelsey sold me on Barrett Legal after maybe one minute on phone. Very helpful. Everyone in office was very polite and not in a rush to push me out of there. And trust me I was THAT GUY who showed up 5 mins before they closed. Even hired them one day before my court arraignment. They called me next morning and had me covered. I didn’t need to attend. I will always be thankful guys. I appreciate it.

So they list an office in Perryton tx, when you go in there is an office with no furniture no phones nothing it is unlocked. When you call to get answers your told oh yeah we only open our satellite offices for scheduled appointments. One wonders if you schedule an appointment in Perryton do you sit on the floor for the consultation.

We hired this law firm after paying an $8,500 retainer, based on assurances that our case would receive focused attention and capable representation. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet those expectations. The attorney representing our family member arrived late and appeared underprepared for court, which we believe negatively affected the outcome of the case. We were later informed that additional payment is being requested to address issues related to that appearance, which has been frustrating. We chose this firm because of their positive reviews, as well as what the firm stated they were capable of doing and the values they claimed to stand for. Based on our experience so far, those representations have not aligned with the level of service we received. We feel it is important to provide honest reviews so others can make informed decisions and hopefully avoid finding themselves in a situation similar to the one we are currently facing. We are sharing this review in the hope that our experience will improve and that the firm will take steps to reflect the professionalism their reputation suggests. Update: After a meeting with the firm to address our concerns, we are feeling more optimistic about the path forward.
