If you want a competent lawyer, I would look elsewhere. Michael Ross can't even call the correct phone number that is listed right in front of him. That is just one of the MANY errors that prove incompetence that I have witnessed over the last year.

I worked with Joshua Neal and Mark Bains on a real estate dispute. I was originally quoted neighborhood amount but then the final bill came in three times the original quote and over 50% of what the case would of resulted. I am deployed overseas and at the time this case was happening I was further deployed and unable to check my P.O. Box. Imagine when I returned to see a stack of bills with 3 times the original cost. They wouldn't even speak about it. No responses other than I am being countersued for the other attorneys fees and if I wanted them to dispute the charge to pay my current bill and they would submit. I still asked but no response. Being afraid of an additional couple thousand dollar bill I paid and the countersue was dismissed. Hindsight I should not of paid their bill and sent it to arbitration. Wish I had the experience of these others. I felt like I was taken for quite the expensive ride.
