Horrible! They never answer the phone! My husband had his immigration case with them and right after we paid over $3,000 they never followed up with us about his case. We called them to follow up and the secretary said someone would call us back, months passed we called again and she told us the same thing, we then called again a month later and she said she would send us info via email and to this day we have not heard anything from them. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone! Do your research for a good legal team!!

🗣HORRIBLE, to keep it short! A year after moving to Augusta my wife got in an accident that totaled our SUV. At least on three different occasions we were told we would receive a call, but nope, we had to call them! Whoever the secretary was...was not in the office when we were told to meet and we waited over an hour until her arrival! Lastly, only because I'm not about to write a four page letter but months after we settled we received unpaid bills that were already in collections! So we call the office and was told they didn't pay those bills because they did not receive a discount. No one ever told us verbally that they didn't settle with any of the offices! They just put it in paperwork that they would not explain to us so it can stay hidden.

Couldn’t get past the very rude secretary on the phone. What a shame considering the reviews.
