I'm Court appointed this Attorney Christopher Montgomery from this law firm and all this lawyer largely does is make insults at me about every time I interacted with him save for initial contact, doesn't seem to have checked previous attorney effectiveness and today sent an email asking me to remove this review or he'll withdraw and then in the same token asks for a document the previous attorney should have forwarded him which he hasnt forwarded to me though he said he would like a month ago, as I claimed he lied about records I gave him by claiming they were from Attn Kathleen Rivers, did not follow directive and offered a plea without my direction a week ago and admits the Court is just going to convict me, claimed I wasn't communicating and claimed I wanted him off case but said he wouldn't withdraw yet, and missed a hearing date where I had to waive and defend myself. A bad tactic considering the way the Judges are scheduling matters which could be addressed professionally and assertedly toward any matter of the most substance and should have pointed out how these extreme delays are likely harming his ability to defend me from mere accusations which are traffic matters. Has anyone seen how aggressive government lawyers or paid attorneys for businesses are, this attorney won't even draft a simple pre trial dismissal for an obvious self defense matter.

I have nothing but incredible things to say about Chris and Maureen. They are the most professional, heard-working team I have ever come across. Their responsiveness is second to none and I'm very grateful to them both for managing my case.

My experience with Attorney Chris Montgomery from this LawFirm was Amazing! I’ve always had a distrust for Attorneys and thought they were all greedy and liars but Attorney Chris changed that belief. He represented a family member in a very complicated criminal matter that seemed hopeless without jail time however he got him NO jail time and probation! He was very thorough and honest from the very beginning and never made a promise he couldn’t keep. He kept us informed through the entire process and actually fought tooth and nail for us with the prosecution. If you want somebody who truly cares about the client and the clients best interest and is ready to go to trial if needed instead of making you plead out he’s the man! Most importantly Prosecutors know he’s ready to take a case to trial if needed and won’t backdown or get pushed around and I think that’s why he was able to get the best outcome possible for us. He’s the man for the Job thank you Chris🙏

Saw an interaction between one of their attorneys and a random citizen in a public forum and this attorney used vile, bigoted language and was mocking women for their body size since they didn't meet his apparent standards for thinness. Absolutely baffling behavior that makes me hesitant to ever use this firm. I strongly recommend everyone steer clear of these attorneys.

Regarding David Silver, my opinion is all of the following. My experience with David Silver is that he is an extraordinarily lazy negligent disorganized evil attorney who did not take my case seriously, but who was all too eager to take large amounts of money for basically doing very little. David Silver took my exceptionally good case and essentially destroyed it, then he couldn't care less. David Silver will say anything to his client etc. to get what he wants whether or not it is true. If I could give David Silver zero stars I would.

Excellent Attorney. David Silver wraps his mind around things quickly. Gets things done. He takes the time to understand the situation and to communicate with clients. Takes his job very seriously. He knows the law. Highly recommended. He will take care of you.
