⭐☆☆☆☆ I reached out looking for help with a serious workplace harassment situation involving both me and my wife. The intake process seemed promising at first, but when I followed up with additional information, things went downhill fast. I received a brief email saying the company involved was “out of business,” and when I called back to clarify some details, the attorney returned my call but was extremely dismissive and rude. He made it very clear he had no interest in helping, and the tone was unprofessional considering the seriousness of what we’ve been dealing with. I understand not every attorney takes every case, but the attitude and lack of basic courtesy were disappointing. ---

Unfortunately, my experience with this attorney was unprofessional and dismissive. From the very beginning of the call, I was met with an unnecessarily rude tone and felt him to be extremely condescending. I will look elsewhere for representation with an attorney who conducts themselves as an attorney and professionally.

Barry is over reactive during the application process for legal help. He will bombard your email with rejection letters, certified mail receipts, and statements about how he never shared documentation between himself and you. He’s very strange do not give him your address. He will send unnecessary amounts of certified documents needing your signature. He does not appear to be all there in the head. Please don’t give them your address they over react because of flint area codes. A simple no would have sufficed however he uses his status to harass anyone applying for legal support. He’s very odd.

I was referred to this Law Firm. Mr. Fagan was very helpful and knowledgeable. Never promised any results but was on my side the whole step of the way. When it became overwhelming to me I put it in his hands and I'm glad I did. I had a very positive outcome.

Horrible. I had someone who's not even an attorney be condescending and rude on the phone just for the next person to day our attorneys wouldn't be interested..hmm ok why don't you let them tell me that.
