I told my attorney Christian Rod that I would like to close my case as I am moving to California back in Sept 2024. I paid all my bills back in 2024. Front desk told me that I do NOT have any balance. Suddenly out of the blue on 26th Feb 2026 I received an invoice of $84 for BS closing fees. Why would you charge closing fees 2 years later when you didn't have interactions with client for 2 years? Avoid this predatory, slow and ineffective law firm at all cost.

I used this law firm for immigration 5 years ago. Today, they send me a bill because they wrote me a letter asking if I wanted to keep the original documents and pick them up or have them shredded. Apparently it took 2 days to write the letter at a cost of $123. I would think a small letter or email to me asking me this question wouldn't need to be charged to me. Maybe they are hurting to collect fees. Definitely after this situation would not recommend the firm.
