I was referred to Bass Law through a friend after my motorcycle crash. After interviewing three attorneys I decided to go with Dondra. She and Liz attacked the job of gathering all of the medical bills which they warned me would take a while, and did. Once all the information was in hand they went to the at-fault insurance companies with demand letters. This process also takes time. Both companies paid the total requested amounts straightaway. I could not have asked for better results. The communication along the way was excellent. I also liked the fact that she has a local office. Five stars from me!

On 04/03/19 I was in a horrific accident on Highway 80 going to Tybee Island. Dondra Bass Law Firm was referred to me after a horrible experience with a rival law firm. She had my case transferred from that law firm and I was advised to make no contact with them. This was our agreement since the rival would be coming back with a better offer. I agreed to not fall for that trap. I made sure to let Dondra know that I did not want to settle for a low ball offer. I did not take this to trial because I needed the money then at that point in my life. I took Dondras advice all the way through the case. She was able to secure me a loan when I needed it even though I was advised to try not to dig into the funds early as I would incur some fees and that I would be chipping away at my settlement early. She encouraged me to not take loans and I’m glad for that and she helped to keep that in check so I didn’t spend the money up. I am very pleased and happy with my settlement. I got to do a lot of cool things I would normally not have been able to experience in my life. Her work was meticulous, she was very efficient in her ways. She knew exactly how to deal with the insurance company’s lawyers. Dondra stayed in touch with me the whole time. She took my phone calls every time I called unless she was busy or not there. She was very nice, very professional and a phenomenal lawyer. Her work ethics are relentless and this woman will go to bat for you like you are her family! She will always be ready and she will always get you a better deal than anyone else here in Savannah if you are in a automobile accident or have a personal injury case. Absolutely amazing Staff. My case was handled quickly and professionally. They kept me informed with updates periodically, and I was never in the dark as to what was going on.
