I went to Basta! I was told that they really help tenants. I got there and turned in everything and they said because I didn’t respond it’s possible that the Sherriff may come out using scare tactics! At first they said I could pay on the retainer and then they said I have to pay in full. They were advocating more for the landlord than the tenant. I have disabled people and mental disabled under my care and I explain that to the landlord and to Basta nobody cared the lady in the front office was nice then really rude and then nice again. So please you all can go there but I wouldn’t recommend. They help who they want to help and the others will just have to be on the streets I ask for three months and Joe replied nobody’s going to give you three months in their house rent free and then I see a person saying they got three months and ten thousand dollars and not only that I also talk to a person and he also stated he got the same months and time.

They stand on they word but they will let u know if they can help u or not but for me they won my case and i was very satisfied. I’ll Recommend them to everyone that needs help against the people they rent from

I agree with a lot of these people they definitely side with the landlord and the lady is so rude. Definitely try other places.

For me put out my house locks changed etc they only in it for the money this location don’t help nobody not even paper work

I called today and spoke with a lady front desk (paralegal) or something like that. I explained our case to her regarding the “Notice to Vacate” from the sheriff’s office and she said she couldn’t do anything for us anymore and that no lawyer would talk to us “paying or not paying” because it is to late to do anything at this point and time. I don’t recommend this “Basta” place as they didn’t even take the time to explain to us anything. Sorry.!

I had a great experience with Joe he was able to help me with landlord and help me get more time to to be where i live and walk away with clean record am great full to him and his team very understanding and care for you give them a chance you won't regret it

They are not real lawyers. If you need more time to move out they can help. What they won't do is defend you, make an argument, present evidence, earnestly negotiate on your behalf. If you're innocent defend yourself. Trust me.

Went in person. Offered no help. Manager (woman who seemed in her 50's) was rude, cut me off, refused to allow me to be seen by an attorney, and basically sent me away. Would not recommend.

I mean from $5000 to $2600 wasn’t fair.

Wasted my time. Called & left messages,if they knew they couldn't take my case should've communicated that.

It would have been 5 stars but the lady that works there was just very rude and talked to me as if I was dirt.I called there twice that she answered and both times she was like this.Then when I told her that the attorney told me to call back in 30 minutes she told me I needed to tell her why I needed to talk to the attorney.I was like what? She got loud and started saying the same thing over and over.I finally hung up.She is not happy about something.Our Attorney Joezen was very nice and did an awesome job . We got no eviction on our record and owed no back rent and we got paid our security back and then some. Also Kent was so helpful he was awesome I asked so many question but he patiently answered all of them thank you Kent!!

Amazing! Absolutely amazing! I don't know where I would be without him! Thank you for everything!
