Anytime I had a question, he got back to me quickly and made things easy to understand. The whole experience was much less stressful than I was expecting, especially because dealing with insurance companies can be overwhelming, but he handled everything and kept me informed the entire time. Horrible service will not communicate with you about your case and takes to long to resolve your case and he will not fight for you waited the longest time to get the smallest offer amount

He seems to be nice but there is no transparency. I had to keep asking for information, no emails or updates unless I asked for it or called. I don't even know what my 1st offer was. For all the problems i got. My settlement was peanuts. I think it's better to do it yourself. I think its less stress because you can communicate with insurance yourself. If you have a lawyer, you can't get any information from insurance. They are not allowed to communicate with you, so you will never know

Referred to his partner who refused to keep me up dated about my case after calls, emails and voice messages. When i finally spoke with her she said she closed my case and never told me at all.
