I had gotten into an accident on Easter of last year from a driver who didn’t stop at a sign. Got in contact with Batrice and spoke with Tyler he was a great help. Very good at communicating with us and setting up appointments and letting us know next steps of process we had left. Our process took less than a year I’m sure we had it an easier process could be wrong but Tyler definitely made it feel that way. If we needed to get in contact with them it was a very quick response time. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who’s unfortunately been in an accident.
Excellent lawyers who have a wealth of experience, are genuinely committed, and genuinely care about their clients. I think they're exceptional.

This firm is utterly incapable of practicing law. Their only real skill is sweet-talking clients on day one to get them through the door. Once they have you, the incompetence becomes obvious. They put their own financial interests first and treat clients’ pain, trauma, and misfortune as an opportunity to cash in. The compensation they deliver is embarrassingly low, completely disproportionate to the suffering endured. Walking away with a fraction of what is fair—while they take the rest—speaks volumes about their ethics. They are unwilling to be reasonable, unwilling to fight, and unwilling to do the very job they are paid to do. Working with this firm adds insult to injury. You suffer once from the accident, and a second time from trusting these amateurs with your case. Do not waste your time, money, or energy here. There are reputable law firms that actually advocate for their clients—this is not one of them.
I’ve never experienced a law office like Batrice Law firm. Paul, McKenna, Isabel and Summer were on-point with everything. They told me upfront about how much of a settlement they could get for me and they surpassed that. Their professionalism was unsurpassed. I wasn’t sure how many stars to give, but it definitely wasn’t a 5-star experience. It’s unfortunate — not only did I suffer from the accident itself, but the amount of money I walked away with was extremely disappointing. This firm clearly puts clients second and seems to financially capitalize on their clients’ misfortune. They were unwilling to make things fair or reasonable, especially compared to other reputable law firms that people I know have used — and in hindsight, I truly wish I had gone with one of them. In the beginning, before I realized how they operate, I even referred two people to them — one being my daughter. Sadly, both situations ended the same way: very little compensation for the trauma endured, with clients walking away with only 22%. It’s unfortunate they weren’t willing to work with me, especially knowing that other law firms do make efforts to ensure fair outcomes for their clients. I suffered pain and hardship twice — once from the accident and again from the experience of working with this firm.
Attorney Lauren Sosa was a godsend! She was the quintessential professional from our very first conversation. She helped me retain my sanity that was at serious risk due to dealing with an inept and draconian Williamson County court system. I lost track of how many prosecuting attorneys came and went during the two year case. She kept me informed, worked with me during some financial struggles, and helped get me the proper judgment. I can't say enough good things about her! Hire Lauren before anyone else even gets a callback. Thank you for giving me my life back!
