Everyone at Baxter Law, LLC, including Erin and Phil, were so very professional, helpful, and thorough. I spoke with Phil on the phone for multiple hours as he guided me through the process I was taking. I communicated mostly with Erin via email. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, kind, and communicative. I never felt like I was asking a stupid question, and I never felt in the dark about the process. I would just like to send out a huge thank you to Casey Baxter and his law team. I was recently charged with a DUI which was extremely overwhelming, and frankly terrifying for myself and family. I called Baxter the day after it happened and they got to work immediately helping me with my case. Even just the initial conversation on the phone gave me the peace of mind that I had someone in my corner I could trust and count on to guide me through this daunting process. Given our strained financial situation they were extraordinarily understanding and worked out a payment plan that I could easily manage. Casey showed up to the DMV hearing and in the end was able to get them to disagree with the charges so I didn’t lose my license. I work to provide for my wife and two children so this was absolutely the best result I could have hoped for. I would also like to personally thank Kerri Baker as well. She was so lovely to speak with and provided some much needed advice and assistance throughout the process. I pray that I don’t need use them again but it’s very reassuring to know I have a team of lawyers I can count on and trust if I do. I would HIGHLY recommend Baxter for legal council.

I look back on it and realize now that meeting Heath and Kelsey at Baxter Law was honestly the best case scenario.
