I was in need of getting living trust and an affidavit and Gabrielle and her staff did a tremendous job with meeting my expectations in every way and getting things done well. We're so glad we were able to connect! We can understand that providing documentation to the city and be very overwhelming, especially in short time frames. BMRs have such specific requirements for Trust Transfer Deeds, which can make the process feel intimidating. Bay Area Estate Attorneys with Julie Ann Sowards helped us to update and fully rewrite our Trust to take advantage of new tax laws and make many changes from what we had done over 18 years earlier. She helped it make sense for some of the items I was confused on and her team was a pleasure to work with.
