Eric is a great attorney. I had hired his services in the past and more recently had him help me with some unruly tenants that had abandoned our property. Never pay up front or you will not get anything done. He has not responded to us after he was paid in full and has done nothing on our case. I found out through the county clerk nothing was done by him at all. So make payments to make sure he works for his money.
