They handled my case, but I didn't choose them. I had another case, and the lawyers from my other case referred me to them. My case closed for $100,000, but I only received $38,000, and they didn't give me any explanation. The report showed that $20,000 was given to the lawyers they recommended. I can honestly say it was a huge rip-off because to this day, no one has contacted me to explain. Once they have your case, they don't give you any information. Be careful. I have the right not to recommend this law firm. Please don't let them handle your case. Look for other firms before calling DB&J. I don't recommend them. I call them, and they don't answer. Why don't they explain where and why they sent the $20,000 that appears in the report?

Please do your homework and look at some other law firms. I got no attention from my “attorneys” the vast majority of my dealings with them were thru a paralegal. No updates, no information, no attention. Really long wait for a settlement that in my opinion anyone else could have gotten for me. Basically I am not happy and I’m sure you don’t want to be more upset than what you are right now. In my personal opinion 1 star is high. If I had to do it again for sure this would NOT be my second to last choice.

I highly recommend BD&J to anyone who needs a personal injury attorney. They truly fight for the best outcome and make sure you get the best medical treatment possible.
