Attorney Margaret Hathaway represented me in several interwined cases with the DLT and she was amazing! I would give her 10 stars if I could. I was overwhelmed and needed help, on very short notice Margaret took on the cases, eased my mind and had a plan in place in quickly. It was very impressive and clear she meant business. Michael Beagan is the best unemployment compensation lawyer there is out there. My unemployment case involved three different claims, three different states and three different benefit amounts. Mike has an insane level of knowledge with Unemployment Insurance. He was not only able to get my initial claims paid and corrected, but basically was able to doubled the amount of compensation I received through having my Pandemic/Covid unemployment claim paid retroactively. Additionally he worked very well with the DOL and made the whole experience peaceful, professional and courteous for all parties involved. Mike was very prepared for our hearing, extremely knowledgeable and knew the UI Laws and rights for claimants. He accomplished in one hearing what I could not achieve in the three years prior.
