Read please. Please avoid Beall and Mitchell at all cost. They're office 🥶 cold and fridgit ! Theres a glass between you and staff, dosent feel like a welcoming place..There's a lady at front desk and shes the only person who seem decent, the attorney and his assistant are no where to be seen. Attorneys are condescending, arrogant, they couldn't care less and they won't take priority with any of your concerns about the case. Avoid them at all cost PLEASE 🙏

DO NOT HIRE. They flat out had wrong information in my documents about my case. They will charge you for every email they send you. Terry does not care about you as a client. Frankly I can’t can’t anything good about this law firm no idea how they’re still in business

I have had such a wonderful experience working with Pat, Joan, Elizabeth, Araseli and Terry. They don't waste time and they get straight to the point and handle what is needed when needed. I couldn't recommend a better law group than Beall & Mitchell.

I can tell you this Terry Beal and Mrs Araseli the whole firm Mitchell helped in a Major way yes they are busy but if you call around so are a lot of others I’ve had Mr Beal in the past and he did dam good for me so some times it’s good to be patient he they both were working and I didn’t know it and do I recommend them yes I do recommend the firm and I have recommended them and I’ve learned everyone has their opinion but patience is the key and I can’t see them working hard for certain people they work hard for everyone

am so glad I chose Beall and Mitchell to represent me. Their professionalism exceeded expectations and at the same time their staff was so very patient and helpful throughout the whole process. I was a nervous wreck when I came in but everyone there was so thoughtful and considerate of what I was dealing with. I don't know how they get clients. The man my son spoke to yesterday was rude, pretentious and seemed to have no interest in even listening to what he was trying to accomplish. He was condescending and spoke to him as though he wasn't understanding, even when the concept was clear. The only one having difficulty understanding was the counselor. He interrupted him several times, told him he "wouldnt understand". He obviously had no interest in doing business and seemed annoyed at having to have a conversation entirely. I would not recommend this agency. Call them if you would like to be patronized and waste your time, otherwise I would keep looking.

Please, do not come here. Terry, whom I have never gotten on the phone, not only once.. but three times continued my old case without even informing me. I'm tired of coming to court for him to dismiss me for an old case. He never even showed up to my court, any time.. which I have had to have arrangements to have my son dropped off and to have my boyfriend take PTO to take me. He again, continued it once again. I'm extremely upset, I really want to handle this. The clerk called them and let them know I was still in court waiting. They appointed me a new lawyer. I was also told the wrong court time three times as well Terrible lawyers who could care less about who they represent.

Pat’s legal assistant is the best thing to come out of this office. Very clear with her responses, quick to reply, and can explain the legal processes with significant clarity. She has profound respect for the clients and family of B&M clientele. She is very involved and walked me through the legal process. Thanks!

Pat and his assistant were great in helping me with my divorce case. Very communicative and attentive.

In my opinion, the legal assistants are always professional and polite.

Mr. Mitchell and his assistant are horrible.they have poor communication, don’t return emails or phone calls and when they finally do, they make you feel like you are a bother. My daughter has been going through an open and shut family case for over a year due to their lack of professionalism.

Absolutely the worst firm ever. Doesn't return messages, does the least possible. In my opinion Pat Mitchell represents DCF not clients that pay him. Don't waist your money or your time. Office personnel rude as well and then says client are rude. Had my daughter plead no contest then withdrew from case. He talks down to women and treats them like they are beneath him. Please don't risk your family with him.

Where in the world is Terry Beall? Mr. Beall was meant to represent me and in 3 consecutive court dates he did not show and gave no notice. I took time off work to appear on my assigned dates and Terry cost me considerably more than if I had just paid the fines I was charged with. I called many times to his office and each time his staff was rude and completely oblivious to Terry’s whereabouts. “He is on the other line, he’s in a meeting, he’s not in today” and they refused to give me a direct line to speak with him or set up a consultation time with him. The most recent court date I called the day before to ensure he would be present, his assistant took my message and said she would call me back. Stating, “he is on the other line so I’ll have to ask him later, but court is on his schedule” I of course never got that call back and after waiting over an hour the following morning I called the office and asked to speak with him. “Sorry, Terry is in court right now” I said, “No he’s not, I’m in court right now” “He will be there” If I didn’t know better I would question even the existence of a Mr. Terry Beall in Wichita, Kansas.
