Mr. Powell and his staff were amazing. I had a warrant that was 8 years old for taking a leased vehicle out of the state without written permission. The company received regular payments, however after 2 months of moving to New Mexico from Florida Sunshine Motors wanted the vehicle back. I told them they would have to come repossess it, because I was not driving back to Florida. Needless to say, they did repossess they vehicle yet the warrant stood. it was a felony warrant based on amount. My wife and I now live in Nebraska. Mr. Powell was able to handle this case without me having to return to Florida. It was pled down to petty theft, $500 fine and 6 months probation. The biggest deal was Mr. Powell was able to get my wife's warrant, for the same case, dismissed. My wife had nothing to do with the car and never drive it. her name was on the registration because we are married. I would recommend this law firm to everyone. Extremely professional, helpful and very up front. great communication. Thank you to Mr Powell and his entire staff.

Apparently this firm is hard up for $1000. On 7/3/25 i turned in a packet to the clerk of court requesting a restraining order , and was granted a hearing on July 16. On 7/10/25 I hired attorney Lawrence schill for representation . I followed up with Lawrence schill who informed me with a screen shot my case was continued to 8/13 and he promised me not to appear it would have no effect. How about the next day I get an email the case was dismissed because I failed to appear. He said he would call someone at the courthouse but never followed up with me. Not only did he cost me an astronomical hearing that I had secured on my own-he lied-gave me the run around…double authorized the refund with his partners and guess what Monday came and went and still no refund 18 days later. If I fumbled the ball this poorly in any line of work I would be taking $1000 cash out of my nightstand and begging the client for forgiveness. I am so appalled by this experience. Want to update that it HAS impacted my situation. In Santa Rosa county the cops can only see that I did not appear for court on the injunction hearing. They can’t see where I paid a derelict attorney to tell me to miss court! Which is damaging folks!!! Don’t think these cops ain’t judging you before they talk to ya!!!! Just think twice before you hire an attorney. Honestly if you’re smart, you’re an upstanding citizen, and you HAVE A BACKBONE-don’t hire a spineless lawyer to screw it up for ya bc then you have to explain THAT nonsense as well. Legal paperwork is free ladies and gents Get a treadmill and an iPad and pour your heart and soul into researching and articulating your legal issues -I am a living testament. NOONE IS GOING TO CARE LIKE YOU DO DOESNT MATTER IF YOU PAY THEM $50 or $50,000-doesnt matter if they went to Harvard or PSC. Florida court portal has a diy documents section that walks you step by step. You got this!

I cannot put into words how thankful I am for, Beau Powell and Lawrence Schill. Beau and Lawrence helped me in my DVI case, that ended successfully in my favor. They both take the time to listen, respond in a timely fashion, are available when you need them, and take everything you have (proof), into consideration. I would never choose another firm over them, EVER! If you want your case to be favorable, choose Beau!

I got a speeding ticket for going thirty miles per hour plus over and beau was able to go get me no points.And only a small fee to pay for the courts which I was ecstatic. I appreciated that he was up front at the beginning, saying they may not be able to get anything dismissed and could just pay the attorney fee and ticket but it was definitely a under promise and over deliver situation that im grateful I hired him.

Very disappointed. Communication is disaster. Not recommended.

Waste of money I could have the same outcome with PD I don’t think he even talked to anyone about my case he sure didn’t fight for me do not use him !!!’
