When we first spoke, she let me know what documents to gather; we continued to communicate via email or phone as needed (for any urgent items). She made this process so easy as I was also pregnant during this time and we actually had our baby as the case was wrapping up; Danielle helped filter communications to help as I was a new mom. A date was set-up and I came into sign paperwork (she also helped with additional refunds I needed to request from the dealership outside the case!). Danielle submitted a claim for my car almost a year ago. She was unresponsive to emails- had to wait weeks to months… made false promises and ultimately never got a dime from Toyota… had such a lemon of a car I finally traded it in and moved on. Very disappointed.
