My wife and I couldn't be happier with the legal advice given to us by the firm of Beck Amsden & Stalpes, specifically John, Justin, and Syd. It was lengthy and complicated because of multiple insurance companies being involved, an overwhelmed judge, and the COVID epidemic, among other things. It was frustrating. Our lawyers stayed true to course, and eventually got the insurance companies to agree to a generous settlement. Then, because the insurance companies failed to pay in a timely manner, they advised that we pursue a secondary lawsuit . We were hesitant because we didn't want this to drag on even further, but their advice was good and we received additional settlement monies. I highly recommend this law firm.
