I set up an appointment with Chris Clerk. Basically, he charged me $300.00 for a twenty minute " consultation " . Finally, he contacts me about three weeks later to tell me he can't help me and I need to come pick up all the paperwork I had left him!! I'm almost an hour away from his office!! I asked him if he would please mail everything back to me as I was out $ 300.00 & could he " at least" save me that drive! He said ok, I did get all the paperwork back! I sure appreciated it! So now, I'm still in search for a lawyer to have a " free " consultation! DON'T GO HERE, working people!! Just think of all the money he's gotten from people just for a conversation!! I don't know how they sleep at night!

Was so kind to “take a look” at my case knowing it wasn’t close to his location and proceeded to have a consultation. Then declined my case because it was too far away even though the lawyer I got has handled 95% of what needed done through digital resources practically eliminating any drive time. Then he charged me $300 and refused to offer any kind of discount for lack of reading details that he could have turned me down right away when he saw what county I was in. Seems like you can make a pretty good living be NOT actually providing any service to people.

Laura represented me in my divorce. She is absolutely outstanding! I am so grateful that I hired her. I can only imagine what the outcome would have been if I had went with someone else. She is very talented and honest. Her paralegal, Josh, is also outstanding. Everyone at this firm has been top notch to work with. I felt supported and confident throughout the entire process. Where to begin. I needed a lawyer to get visitation with my grandkids, which I had daily up to this point. I don’t drink, or do drugs all I have ever done is work several jobs. One even being in a school system. I even warned Laura Raiman of my toxic family members whom just involved themselves randomly, whom I had been estranged from for years for good reason out of the gate, and told her that’s who I would be fighting, not my daughter. Threw that 7 months I went through hell. I got a lawyer so someone would help fight with me. Only to find out I was on my own. More or less Laura telling me to take an agreement of 5 hours a month because they said I couldn’t get along with my family and it would be a mud slinging battle. Is this not what I paid thousands for? It was horrible, Laura did not have my back. She didn’t even read or look at any of my evidence. I was completely shocked when she asked me what she should ask my witnesses, or that I had a binder full of pdf’s and she asked me what those were, then said she didn’t get them, until she looked and said she had. That was 2 days before court by the way. So hundreds of pages of text messages (evidence) just went unnoticed, but because I don’t get along or agree with my toxic estranged family members , I should just agree to disagree or go to court and fight alone because she definitely wasn’t fighting with me I decided to take the deal. Over 10k for a lawyer that never stepped away from her desk and got me 5 hours, because I didn’t have any representation to back me. I felt defeated and humiliated that I paid someone to watch me drown and decide the fate of me and my grandchildrens relationship. Now I’m looking for another lawyer. One that will work for me.

Very informative give me a piece of mind

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Brenda and Eric are. They really cared about me and my case. My case was transferred to them from a much larger firm. You know, one with all those fancy commercials. That law firm wanted to settle my case at a ridiculous amount. Eric and Brenda were able to get me 10x more. It was not just about the money for me. It was about how they took the time to understand my pain and suffering. They both have touched my heart in a way I am not sure they can ever imagine.

Jeff and Carrie are second to none when it comes to handling an estate. Their professionalism shown in every step of the process is matched by their empathy and understanding while handling such a difficult time in one's life.
