Becker law is amazing they honestly care about what they do. It's more than a job to them. I mean, they really really care, and I appreciate them. I've never had a problem getting contact with anybody in the office. They were polite responsive, everything they're just amazing. And I really, really, really, really, really appreciate you guys, thank you so much

I called for a general inquiry and there was no greeting over the phone, just an awkward "...hello?" After I broke the silence. Made me think I called a random person and not a business. Representative who answered the phone sounded very unsure of herself. Overall it wasn't very professional and left a strange impression on me. They answered my question though.
