In 2024 I retained Mr. Bednar to represent me for a family court matter. I’m sorry I did not read the reviews beforehand. Some attorneys make trivial, telephone calls & send dubious emails billing you at $150 a pop. Some attorneys will run your bill up and then put a lien on your home. I am not happy with the outcome and given the opportunity I would never ever hire Mr. Bednar again.

Used Mr. Bednar to fight a multiple year lawsuit from a former investor or was scammed by a former fake owner. Cannot make this stuff up, only in Escambia county. Anyway, he handled the case very professionally and we recieved the outcome we desired! If you want it done right the first time, with zero holes for appeals later, this is your guy. He will work into the night and ask every possible question, but thats what you want!

Worst attorney EVER!!! If you call him or email him, he’ll send you a bill! If he meets you at court, he’ll charge you at 350 travel fee each way! He jacks up the cost at the end and then he’ll put a lien against your home! He’s crooked as they come!! He will drag your case out for years so he can collect all the money! Run away! He charges 3 times what other attorneys charge!
