Andrew grossnickle is a "lawyer" here. He is very effective at pushing false narratives. When I tried to correct his false given information , he mocked me. I guess it's funny to him watched someone's family getvlost in the court system. Then to boot he keeps seeing my reviews on here and confronted me in the court lobby. All of this 2 years after he was dismissed. Truly preverted outlook on his carrleer and very unprofessional.

I scheduled an appointment with Dan and his legal team over a week in advance to discuss setting up a Asset Protection Trust for my mother. I even took time off from work specifically for this discussion. Just 2 hours before our scheduled meeting, I was asked to fill out an 8-page questionnaire. I scrambled to complete it in time only to have the meeting cancelled at the last minute. Despite being assured that their firm could service anyone in Indiana remotely, I was told my mother's location outside of Warsaw, IN was the reason for the cancellation. When I voiced my frustrations about the wasted time and the late notice of cancellation, the assistant consulted with Dan and then informed me that they would not recommend a trust due to the assets being "too little". This came off as an insincere excuse, contradicting their previous reason, and revealed an unsettling lack of transparency and communication. It's especially disappointing to be turned away based on asset size, particularly when it is substantial enough to justify a trust. I find it deeply disrespectful that the value of my time and the seriousness of my inquiries were disregarded in such a way. If you are considering using their services, I would recommend seeking legal advice elsewhere.

I was there because I got a letter from Medicaid telling me that I was over income because I have life insurance they told me I would either have to cash it or give it to a funeral home and plan my funeral I would not be able to keep it and keep Medicaid

Jesica Thorsen and her team Jeanna and Janet are the best. Responsive, professional and very helpful with excellent results. They helped our family navigate paying for Long Term Care for our loved one and provided estate planning which was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this attorney and this firm.

had ryan gardner as a public defender for a criminal case. went to jury trial and he was destroyed by the enemy prosecution and didnt even put up a fight. talked to several other lawyers about my case and they were offended that he did so poorly. dont use him.

I would recommend this group. Upon calling with question regarding estate/probate administration, Kathy (paralegal) was very prompt, courteous, and professional in helping me find the information I needed.

My lawyer was good but I do not think the billing was fair.
