I met Jack fourteen years ago while both of us were volunteering at Columbus Board of Realtors. Jack's crisp and direct communication during committee meetings provided me the confidence to introduce him to a few of my commercial real estate clients. Land contract, lease structuring and negotiating with two municipalities to allow my client's tenant remodeling of space. Intricate and successful transactions provided my client's excellent representation . . . additionally, Jack is very personable.
