I want to thank Shasta, Cal and Isela at Bellah Law who helped my son with his case. My son filed for divorce and joint custody of his 7-year-old daughter whom he has been in her life since childbirth. What should have been an easy process turned into a long custody battle. The opposing attorney was going out to discredit my son in every possible way you could imagine so that her client could get full custody. Shasta was willing to take it to trial to present evidence and facts that would help my son in his defense. In the end trial was not necessary and my son was awarded joint custody of his daughter with no child support awarded to the mother. We are all so grateful and ecstatic beyond belief. Thank you, Shasta and your team for fighting for my son and not losing confidence in him even though all odds were against him. We give all glory to God Almighty for helping us through this emotional rollercoaster and leading us to the right law firm to help get us through this process successfully. I'm very impressed with my lawyer Shasta Nolte of Bellah Law office. I made her aware of my two deeds recorded incorrectly 5 months after I hired her to do my family deeds. Maricopa County Recorders office made the mistakes. She reviewed what I sent her and called me to discuss her plan of action. I was referred here by a member of the legal community, I left a message detailing what I needed, including the information that I had a small criminal case. i don’t know who is answering their phones, but Instead of listening to the message and informing me they do not take criminal cases, I had to go over my whole issue just for her to say they can’t help me and hung up. Super rude and terrible customer service. You might want to consider future clients when you call them back……..

Update 16 Sept 2025 I originally was introduced to Shasta because of a DV matter against my ex husb and was able to give me that 'safe' feeling again. She is compassionate, comforting and extremely knowledgeable in all law matters. I will forever be grateful for what her and her team did for me! Fast forward 4.5 years and she has been with me every step of the way during my divorce with my crazy ass ex. Shasta, Isela and Cal all handled my case and are the epitome of what family law should be. They ensured my children were safe, while having their voices heard. This has been a long battle and I would not have it any other way. If you want a law firm where you are not just 'a client,' then give Shasta and her team a call.
