Oh my gosh! Where do I begin?! Chareese Haile!This woman stood be my side while the snake slithered through grass! I had a landlord who tried KEYWORD TRIED to evict us but had no rhyme or reason but went ghost when this amazing woman showed force. We didnt even need to go to court or anything. I am thankful for the legal services provided by Belle Terre Law Firm and Attorney Chareese "Queen" Haile. I found Ms. Chareese through her Instagram page. I followed her page for a while before booking a consultation and I am so thankful that I did. What I thought I knew about entrepreneurship was not correct. Ms. Chareese assisted me with multiple issues regarding LLC formation, copyright, and trademark law. I was frustrated at the amount of time it was taking to get everything together, but Ms. Chareese was extremely patient with me. She explained to me in detail that protecting my business and brand was not a quick process. We worked together for a long time but at the end, I was greatly satisfied because I know that my business and brand are protected. If you are an entrepreneur, I highly recommend Belle Terre Law Firm and Chareese Haile for your intellectual property needs.

I’m so against leaving one-star reviews on businesses, but my experience with Chareese at Belle Terre Law Firm compelled me to do so. Her inexperience was evident throughout our case; she rushed through important details, failed to keep me updated, and was often unresponsive to my emails and messages. It was common for her to let a week or more pass without any response to my email or update when something occurred in the case. In the judge's ruling, he made it clear that she did not submit necessary documents on time, which directly impacted our case. Despite having available all the evidence the judge indicated was missing, we lost due to my attorneys negligence. To make matters worse, I discovered that she is not even registered in the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, despite having billed me in advance for potential appeal-related services. I also had multiple lawyers review my case and the judges ruling, only to tell me Chareese at Belle Terre did little to no discovery and this wouldn’t be able to be changed in the court of appeals bc new evidence can’t be submitted, even though she had all the information available to her. Chareese at Belle Terre constantly blamed her actions on personal issues she was encountering. While she may handle evictions, I strongly advise seeking legal counsel elsewhere for serious business matters. Having been in business for over 20 years and worked with numerous attorneys across various states, this is the first time I’ve encountered such malpractice. We will be filing a complaint with the Louisiana Bar Association. Financially, her practices were equally questionable. I signed a flat fee agreement, paid it off, but she continued to request more funds for case-related expenses that never materialized. After terminating her services, I requested the remaining balance in the trust account, the next day she sent a bill showing she was charging me $375 an hour for various items such as numerous ‘incomplete drafts’ for an appeal that was never filed (couldn’t be filed because she’s not even registered) and all this was sent over the day after I fired her. I never agreed or signed anything for this hourly rate. This feels like nothing short of theft. Beware of Belle Terre Law Firm’s practices. Everything I’ve stated here is factual. I spent 18k with Chareese at Belle Terre to only be misrepresented in the most extreme way possible.
