Our experience with David Belser was absolutely horrible! When I retained him we were given one price and when it came down to him being there for my fiancée in court he wanted more money. Every bit of paperwork I had to find and get for him, he basically made me do all the legal work for him. He wouldn't answer phone calls and when I would leave a message it would take at least a week for him to return it and even then he didn't have any information for me. My fiancée is still going through this matter 9 months later and Mr. Belser said 4 weeks ago he'd find out what's taking place and never got back to either one of us. A total waste of money when he did nothing at all as an attorney!! Don't waste your own time and money having him represent you!
