I would highly recommend Amanda Belville to anyone. A very intelligent and accomplished attorney, she is extremely thorough and detailed in her research of cases. She truly cares about her clients and will work exhaustively to provide the best possible outcome she can. Amanda is compassionate, kind, and you are truly in the best possible hands when trusting her with your case.
Attorney Emily A. Bauer knows Family law and is very professional. I was referred to Attorney Bauer through a family friend. She was up front and honest with my divorce and custody case. I am more then satisfied with the outcome, she helped me get 50/50 placement along with a fair settlement. If you need a family law attorney, I highly recommend Attorney Emily A. Bauer.
I can't even begin to imagine where our family would be without Attorney Amanda Belville. She has been with us through every step of the countless mountains and the valleys of our case, and we have never felt like we have been left flailing. Amanda's unwavering integrity, bravery, and dedication have been evident throughout the time she has represented us. She has a way of genuinely making you feel heard, seen, and valued at all times. In a world where many people take the easy route, Amanda stands up for what is right, which is often the more difficult and less walked path. Our case has been far from simple (it's been messy, terrifying, and intimidating), yet Amanda has been a force to be reckoned with through all of it. She does not give up or give in. I will continue to recommend Amanda Belville to anyone who needs a knowledgeable attorney who will fight for them. She is honestly the absolute best of the best. We trust Amanda with our lives, and we want to sincerely thank her for all she has done to protect and fight for our family.
Both Kristina and Karen have been so patient and explains exactly what I need for my lawsuit against an insurance claim.
Unfortunately, Kristina Sanders-Brown was assigned to be the guardian ad litem during my divorce. She gave me a speech about how female guardian ad litems have historically had a bad reputation for favoring women, but she was different. That couldn’t be further from the truth. She came up with the most ridiculous placement schedule favoring my ex-wife that is resulting in the need of my children needing therapy, and harming their education. The only positive is that they learned the days of the week very rapidly because of how confusing the schedule is. Caution, If you are male or a female that cares about what is truly best for your children and she is the assigned guardian ad litem, request someone else.
My attorney, Sydney Schallock, was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. The result was good. I am happy I reached out to her.
Very thorough. Got me the best deal I could have gotten.. very satisfied
My wife and I went to Amanda Belville to help our daughter as she was going through a De Novo restraining order case related to a sexual assault. This was a great decision on our part. Amanda and her staff were so very helpful and supportive. They made a very difficult experience much easier to get through. Every call or question we had was answered, and we were treated with respect throughout the process. Not only did Amanda get us the full restraining order, but also some added stipulations we were hoping for. We would highly recommend Amanda, and are quite grateful for her support.
I don’t even know where to start with this review besides saying that Amanda Bellville is the attorney I would recommend to anyone in Wisconsin needing representation. Back in November of 2021 I was on my way to pick up a friend in Appleton Wisconsin. While driving, an unknown car started tailgating me(I was in the right lane of a 2 lane highway). After a few miles we passed a Fond Du Lac county police cruiser that was sitting in the median. The officer pulls out and starts to follow and I assumed he was going to pull over the person tailgating me, but to my surprise he goes around that car and pulls me over. The officer claimed it was bc of my license plate cover and because I was going 73mph in a 70mph zone and swiftly asks me if there is anything in my car to which I promptly told him about the small amount of weed in the car. At the time I was charged with: 1. 3.5 grams of weed 2. Having a pill bottle that wasn’t mine(it was my girlfriend’s and it was her car I was driving 3. Paraphernalia(weed bowl I bailed out for $300 and was taken back to my car which was left at the scene. Fast forward a year later to November 2022 and I received a summons to court and now there was an additional charge of COCAINE to my existing charges…cocaine that the officer allegedly found after deciding to re-search the fannypack weeks later and without his bodycam on. Due to the added cocaine charge I was promptly fired from both of my jobs and began going into debt while trying to keep my family fed and sheltered off of my new job at Door Dash(the only delivery company that gave me a job). Because of my loss of wages I was unable to find representation and prayed hard for God to send help. After requesting multiple continuances while trying to find an attorney to take my case the judge gave me one last continuance and during that time I found Amanda Bellville. I told her about my case and the inconsistencies involved and how it had financially crippled me, but because I owned my own home I did not qualify for a public defender. Attorney Bellville not only took on my case, but she helped me file for a secondary means of State Assisted representation, which I was quickly approved for. Attorney Bellville then went on to review my case thoroughly, while keeping in close contact with me throughout the process. She never once told me to “take the plea” which was me admitting to the cocaine charge in order to have all the other charges thrown out. Instead she was preparing for us to go to trial(my decision) to clear my name. In November of 2024 I had one last court date where we were ready to say no to the plea deal the prosecution was giving and go to trial, but during that court date Attorney Bellville and the prosecutor had a conversation and I’m not exactly sure what was said but I left the courtroom that day with all charges dropped except the charge of 3.5 grams of marijuana. That was the happiest day of 2024 for myself and my family and it wouldn’t have been possible without the support and help from Attorney Bellville. Thank you for all you did for me, Amanda, and God bless you for all you do for your clients. You are a constant professional and Wisconsin citizens are extremely lucky to have you to defend them and I am forever grateful for the representation you gave me. To those of you who have made it this far, in my 44 years of life on this earth I have never been involved in such a strange traffic stop and if I had to do it over again 100 times I would choose Amanda Bellville to represent me every single time.
Miss Belville and her staff did an awsome job for my defense id seek her service again if i ever need an a good lawyer in the future
Amanda Belville was awesome! When she first started representing me, I thought I knew how I wanted everything to go, even against her recommendations, and when she advised me to just let her take care of things, her secretary told me, “Just trust Amanda”…..and I’m so glad that I did! She not only stopped me from sabotaging my own case, but she took care of everything, and got even more, and better, results than I was even asking for. And she did it fast! I could not have done these things myself. If I had to sum it all up in a few words….Amanda got things done!
Attorney Amanda Belville and her team did a fantastic job! They were very reliable, respectful, and responsive. I was kept informed on everything along the way and the outcome was better than expected. Highly recommended!
