They need more respectful people to answer the phone. I will never ever all this place again.

I was advised to contact the Ben Crump Law Office for legal advice after receiving a determination letter from the EEOC. When I called, I spoke with Savanah, who asked me to email the Determination and Right to Sue letter. Just two minutes after sending the email, I received a response stating that my potential discrimination case was closed. The lack of explanation and the impersonal nature of the response left me feeling dismissed and disheartened. No additional details about my situation were requested, making it seem like my case was instantly disregarded. While I’ve heard many great stories about the firm, this experience made me feel that their focus may only be on high-profile or high-dollar cases. Thankfully, there are other honest and genuine attorneys who take the time to truly listen, and I’m optimistic that this outcome happened for a reason.

I called seeking legal advice/help in my case. I was quickly notified by the receptionist that my case did not qualify for a “Ben crump” case. Then told me to the call the Florida bar smh.
